Happy Juneteenth Day!

Do you know what today means?

I had the pleasure and pain of explaining why today is a holiday to my 5 and 7 year old. My daughter asking questions like, “What is a slave and why would someone make someone a slave,” were a hard question to answer but we all rejoiced in the fact that we are no longer slaves and are free at last!

Have you had the talk with kids on this subject? I looked up videos on it from Youtube Kids and Gracies Corner has a song here if you want to share with your children to celebrate!

My life is changing and here’s why!

I started listening to this audio book called “The Let Them Theory” and it’s changing my life! I have already seen a huge reduction in stress and how I do things day to day. If there was one book I had to recommend to you this year, it would be this one!

Summary: When people do things you dislike or something happens that irritates you…just let them and then the key point after is let me……you shift, move, refocus and this book explains exactly how. It’s not only about what people think of you but things that upset you or situations you go through from work to relationships.

This is not a paid partnership or ad push but just honestly telling you that this Let Them theory was worked for me and I want you to feel more free and reap the benefits of this too. You can get it from the library for free or anywhere they sell books or audio books.
