FOR THE MOMS:

Being a mom of two little humans, working a full-time job and running this page as my own business can sometimes feel overwhelming but I manage with lots of mental health breaks, tools and planning. I know what it feels like to barely be surviving as a mom and then throwing work and other activities on top. The weight can be unbearable, but with time, I learned how to deal and create the life I love!
